• Does NOT create a doctor-patient relationship

2.2 AI-Generated Responses

Initial responses to questions are generated by artificial intelligence. These AI responses:

• Are based on general medical knowledge and literature
• May contain errors or inaccuracies
• Are not tailored to your specific health situation
• Should be verified with a healthcare professional

2.3 Physician Review Services

For paid physician review services, a licensed physician will review the AI-generated response and provide additional input. However, this review:

• Is based solely on the de-identified question you provide
• Does not include physical examination or access to your medical history
• Does not establish a doctor-patient relationship
• Is for educational and informational purposes only

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 De-Identified Questions

You MUST submit only de-identified questions that contain NO personally identifiable information, including:

• Names (your own or others)
• Dates of birth, ages, or dates of medical events
• Addresses or geographic information
• Phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles
• Medical record numbers or insurance information
• Social Security numbers
• Any other identifying information

4.2 Appropriate Use

You agree to:

• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Provide accurate information
• Not submit questions about others without their consent
• Seek emergency care for urgent medical situations
• Consult with your healthcare provider before acting on any information received

5. Fee-for-Service Model
